1.3. Your use of and access to our website will at all times be governed by the provisions of these terms and conditions and by using and/or accessing this website you fully accept all these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by and comply fully therewith.

2.1. We usually ship within 10 to 20 business days.
2.2. The estimated shipping period is shown in the shopping cart.
2.3. Every effort is made to deliver your product on time, however, unforeseen problems may delay shipping and delivery. If this occurs, we will contact you via email.
2.4. Please ensure that you specify the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details supplied to us.

- ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
5.1. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
5.2. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
5.3. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
5.4. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
- RETURNS AND OR EXCHANGE
6.1. Subject to 6.2 below, MyVellies Vellies is accompanied by an implied warranty of quality, which cannot be contracted out of or be revoked.
6.2. MyVellies do not warrant that the goods purchased are reasonably suitable for the purpose for which the goods are intended.
MyVellies do not accept responsibility where goods are purchased and reserves the right to refuse an exchange where the goods are the incorrect size or when there is a slight variation in the colour. You are advised to refer to the sizing guide and make sure that the goods purchased are the correct size.
6.4. Where goods purchased from MyVellies are defective as a result of a manufacturing error or poor workmanship, please make contact with MyVellies Vellies to have the goods repaired, replaced (subject to availability), or refunded.
6.4 Should MyVellies decide to replace the goods or refund you, such replacement or refund is conditional to MyVellies Vellies receiving the goods in its original packaging, with the original invoice and in similar condition as dispatched and when purchased.
6.5. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of being received by MyVellies. MyVellies ensures that all products are of high quality when they are shipped to customers.
6.6 Should you wish to return the goods purchased, and such return is not the result of a manufacturing error or poor workmanship, MyVellies shall not be obligated to agree to such return and may use its own discretion in accepting such return. In the event where MyVellies has agreed to such a return, any refund will be subject to MyVellies receiving the goods in its original packaging. After receiving the goods, MyVellies shall refund you the purchase price, less courier charges, and a cancellation fee, as indicated below.
6.7 Please note that the following are primary reasons for the rejection of a claim. The list includes but is not limited to:
- Normal wear & tear;
- Damage caused by incorrect use of the product;
- Damage caused by incorrect of failure to care of product;
- Incorrect size;
- Slight variation in colour; and
- Any repairs or changes made to the product not authorized by MyVellies.
6.8 If the incorrect size or colour Vellies ordered is due to your fault, you will be liable for the return courier costs.
7 CANCELLATION OF ORDER
7.1. If you cancel your order before shipping, we will refund you the full price of the order minus a 20% handling fee.
7.2. If you cancel your order after shipping, we will refund you the price of the order, minus shipping and handling, the return shipping, and a 20% handling fee, after we receive the product.
