At MyVellies, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of the Product: Items must be in their original, unused condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery

Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at admin@myvellies.co.za to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Upon reviewing your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to send your product back to us.
  • Packing and Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the Return Authorization number in the package. Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  • Return Fee: A return fee of R150 will need to be paid via EFT to cover courier costs of collecting the shoes and delivering the new pair.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable and courier costs to collect the shoes from the customer will be deducted and a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the price of the product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process mentioned above and specify that it is an exchange.
